Subprocessors

Effective date: May 29, 2025

To support the delivery of our Services, Sparrow Connected Inc (“Sparrow”, “the data processor”, “we” or “our”) use third party data processors (“Subprocessors”) to provide services to our customers. In order to provide this service Subprocessors are provided access to customer content and personal information. Subprocessors are evaluated and required to follow the same level of security, privacy and confidentiality requirements and are bound by written agreements.

This Subprocessor list is effective from June 2, 2025.

This page provides important information about the identity, role and location of our Subprocessors. For further details, please read our Data Processing Addendum.

As Subprocessors change, this list is updated.
