About the Leaders Survey
The Communication Leaders Survey was created to provide a platform for communication professionals around the globe to come together, share their experiences and identify ways to improve the profession.
#WeLeadComms, AB, Sparrow Connected and the IABC partnered to make this possible, with more than 150 communication professionals taking part in the survey conducted through LinkedIn between September and October 2022. The survey generated more than 3,000 data points with 30 different countries being represented.
It is our hope that the findings of this report will inspire internal communications professionals to break free from the status quo and be the change the communications profession needs.
